Orange Granola Muffins

  • 1 ½ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • ¾ cup The Rooted Co Apricot & Orange Granola
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tbsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tbsp Salt
  • 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 cup Oranges (diced) [and any other fruits of your choice]


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and place 12 liners in a muffin pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, granola, sugar, baking powder, baking soda & salt.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the yogurt, melted butter & vanilla essence.
  4. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the large dry bowl and stir them gently until they blend well (do not over-mix).
  5. Now gently add The Rooted Co Apricot & Orange Granola along with the diced oranges (and other fruits) into the batter. Fill the batter onto the muffin liners (upto ¾th the size of the liners) and bake for 22 minutes until they are golden brown at the top.
  6. Remove the muffins from the oven and allow them to cool completely before consumption.
